Implementation of employee training by inviting external lecturers

Continuing from last year, on 11/15 (Tuesday), from 10:05 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Polytechnic Center Tochigi Coordinated by the Human Resource Development Support Center for Productivity Improvement, we conducted training for 16 employees on "Safety and Health Activities to Eliminate Accidents."

We invited Dr. Yoko Takahashi from Sustainable Foundation, who has a lot of achievements in this field, and learned how to proceed with the workshop, making it a highly intensive training.

Each participant will make use of what they have learned in the workplace, conduct a risk assessment at the safety and health committee, and strive to create a safe workplace environment that does not cause accidents.
