About the water treatment facility

Our needle manufacturing requires 60 to 80 tons of "clean" water per day. The water used is regularly analyzed to monitor its "cleanliness", and dirty water is discharged from production activities. Such polluted water is regulated by the national standards "Water Pollution Control Law" and "Water for Fisheries Standards". Regulated, our company introduces, operates and monitors wastewater treatment equipment that complies with the regulations, analyzes and records it once a month, and uses it safely. We use such drainage to keep goldfish in the aquarium.

We protect various marine resources by operating these facilities. In addition, the wastewater treatment capacity is up to 10t / h, and it operates automatically. In the unlikely event of an accident, we immediately stop draining water from the factory, report it to the government through our internal contact network, and create an organization to implement the cause and countermeasures.

The cyclone type levitation separator adsorbs SS (suspended solids) contained in the discharged water, separates pollutants from the wastewater, discharges flocs as scum, dehydrates the scum with the filter press in the subsequent stage, and solid sludge in the photo. Sludge is discharged.This sludge is reused as improved soil for backfilling, road embankments, and ground improvement materials.
