On February ２５, ２０２０, I applied for a change in the general business owner action plan and received it on March ４, at the Employment Environment and Equalization Office of the Tochigi Labor Bureau.

Regarding the improvement of the employment environment, promotion of taking leave for the purpose of raising children for men and implementation of measures to promote taking of childcare leave for men

I will work on it.
