Pursuing the origin of the manufacturing company, one of the directions we are aiming for is to continue to manufacture high-precision, safe and secure injection needles, and with that as our mission, we are "trusted by our customers" We asked the teachers of Polytech Center Tochigi about what is necessary to "provide products that are available", and as an attempt to spread the understanding of quality control throughout the company, many in this field. We invited Dr. Matsumoto, the representative of Management Center Co., Ltd., who has a proven track record, as a lecturer to give a training on "Quality Control Basics" on Wednesday, 10/28 from 10 am to 5 pm.
We conducted training on the following contents for 18 new employees and inexperienced employees, including those involved in processing at the manufacturing site, those involved in acceptance inspections, intermediate inspections, and shipping inspections in the quality control department.

・ Improvement
I was instructed to utilize the correct usage of micrometer and caliper necessary for maintaining high quality, measurement technology, 7 QC tools, improvement method, etc.
We have received requests from participants to continue such opportunities in the future, and we would like to further pursue the origin of the manufacturing company as necessary.
